2024 Has been a year of change in real estate as well as the stock market. Interest rates have seen big fluctuations week over week and still, prices continue to rise. Bitcoin also broke $100,000 this year. There were a lot of good places to invest your money in 2024. Real Estate will continue to be my favorite investment, but I also have a good amount of money in index funds and stocks. Whether you are investing in stocks or real estate, time is your biggest ally. The longer you hold onto assets, the better. Like the saying goes, the best time to invest in real estate was 20 years ago. The second best time is now. Buy and hold is the way to gain equity and true wealth.
