No Bake Energy Bites

This recipe was something we threw together based on what we had on hand that the kids would like. Feel free to substitute with anything you like or add more dried fruits, nuts, or grains as desired.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole rolled oats
1/2 cup oat flour
1 Tablespoon millet
1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
1 Tablespoon whole flax seed
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3 Tablespoons honey
1.5 cups, or as needed natural peanut butter
Directions:
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add honey and enough peanut butter to make it come together as a ball. Roll into balls and refrigerate at least 1 hour before eating to allow them to set.
