A few months back, I had the opportunity, through direct mail, to walk this home and purchase off market. I decided not to move forward on purchasing, as there was significant work needing to be done, and my current work schedule did not allow me to take on this big of an undertaking. This opportunity went to someone else, and here are before and after pics of the property. Scroll down to see. This was purchased for $308,000 in the condition seen in the first 3 pics, and just relisted a few days ago for $459,900.

As you can see, every square inch of this home has been renovated. There were many structural issues you couldn't see in the first 3 pics, but I would estimate this job cost around $100,000 to fix up.
