Woodland market update for November 2021
Hello this is Reggie Powell with Keller Williams SacMetro. Here is your Woodland, CA real estate market update. You can find me at powellrealtydevelopment.com or you can call me at 530-650-5549. This is a monthly market update for Woodland for the month of November 2021. In November 31 homes were listed and 61 homes sold. There are 54 homes spending. Average days on market of 21 days. Average price per square foot was $307 and the average sale price was $564,000 for a house. Compared to October there were 47 homes listed and 53 homes sold. 58 homes pending with an average of 18 days on market. Homes are still selling over ask, and compared to last month there were 16 less homes on the market. Eight more homes sold and the price per square foot went up four dollars. If you compare that to November of last year there were 55 homes listed in November. 50 sold, 44 were pending and it was an average of 17 days on market. The average price per square foot back then was $257 and the average sale price was $448,000. In the last 12 months the average sale price went up $114,000 and the average cost per square foot went up $50. Now is a great time to sell. Inventory is getting smaller, prices continue to climb and the interest rates are increasing as well. So if you're interested in selling your home, give me a call for a free consult.
