52 properties sold this month, compared to 56 last month.
Total number of homes on market is 47, which is down 2% from last month.
60 total properties pending as compared to 58 last month.
Average price sold per square foot is $305 this month, as compared to $296 last month., for an increase of 3%.
Days on market is slowly increasing from 14 days last month to 16. However, there is still a very high demand for homes. We continue to be in a seller's market.
The average sold price is $563,000, compared to $576,000 last month.
Once a year, Woodland Fire Department gets a few volunteers to drive this old engine through town to show local firehouse history. I just happened to have the day off when they drove by our house. Pretty neat to see.
