Woodland August Real Estate Report

This is a graph with market data here in Woodland. As you can see, inventory went up while demand has come down. This happens every year around this time of year and it's because of 2 main factors: Summer just hit for school attendees and we had a huge heat wave. Temps were over 110 for weeks. These higher temperatures kept people inside and away from open houses. Summer time is also a great time to go on vacation as a family.

Down below, I have a market summary for both Woodland and Sacramento. Take a look and see what has been happening in our markets. I can tell you that in the past few weeks, I've been seeing more people come back into the market to either start or continue their home search. The temperatures have come down, people are back from vacation, and the home search continues.
