We found a great home at a great price in Woodland, CA

Hey Everyone. As you know, the market has been getting softer. It has been balancing out and sellers are no longer receiving multiple offers on homes. There has also been a lot of bad press on the news with many "experts" predicting a market crash. Couple that with higher interest rates and many people are no longer looking to buy right now. This creates an opportunity for those that know what to look for.

I have been watching the market daily for new homes to come up and I found the best deal I've seen in a while. This house is in need of some rehab, but it is all within my ability and will be beautiful once it is done. My family will live in it while we do all of the rehab as well. By living in it, I can offer a better price than a flipper, since I don't need to turn it immediately. It also allows us to spend more money on upgrades and will be a better home once its all remodeled vs. just going in and fixing things as cheap as possible.
