Tzatziki Recipe

This recipe is really easy to make and tastes delicious. It also is high in protein, so its a great addition for anyone looking to get more protein in their diet.
Tzatziki recipe:
2 cups whole fat greek yoghurt ( I use the 5% Fage greek yoghurt). Full fat 5% is best
1/2 Tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup cucumber, chopped fine
2 Tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to eat. I typically just add everything into the yoghurt container and mix it all directly in there. This is a great sauce that can be put onto just about anything. I also like to make fresh flatbread that goes great with this sauce. You could also buy the store bought stuff, but fresh flatbread makes a huge difference!
