June Real Estate Market Report

The picture above shows the past year's Woodland homes for sale, homes sold, and homes pending. As you can see, things start to slow down slightly when summer hits and school is out. We are still seeing a lot of interest in homes for sale, but there is slightly more inventory as well. This information does have a lag to it of about 30 days. I am already seeing the market pick back up here in Woodland. I have very detailed market reports below that you can download and view as a PDF.
