I'm out here to look at a new listing that just came up in Woodland on farmer's central and give you some information. So it's 2636 farmer central, the list is $556,000. It's a three bed two bath 1,833 square feet and it's only been on the market for two days and it's actually in a newer build development here in town and it's right by my favorite park. All right let's tour the inside of this house. So it opens up to the living room you go to the right we have a laundry room, one bathroom a little closet there let's step back out. Its got a living room area, dining room and then to my left is the kitchen it's a pretty good sized kitchen got some cabinets there. That door just opens up to the pantry.
